Currently, Ms. Swain is a sole practitioner. Her practice is comprised of prosecution for the Cities of Enumclaw, Puyallup, Milton and Ruston; criminal defense for the City of Pacific, and as a Pro Tem Judge for King County District Court and Issaquah Municipal Court.
